San Francisco, California – En Elle International Outsourcing Corp., a leading outsourcing provider in the Philippines, has partnered with California Technological Care (CTC), a San Francisco-based nonprofit dedicated to bridging the digital divide. The collaboration was solidified with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at the Silicon Valley Philippine Trade Office on October 22, 2024. This strategic alliance aims to provide on- the-job training (OJT) opportunities and promote employability in nearby rural communities, enhancing local talent development in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry.
