Al has 40 years of management experience in the telecommunication
industry with AT&T and other companies. He earned his undergraduate
degree in Management from New Hampshire College and an MBA in
Telecommunications from the University of Pacific in Anchorage, Alaska. Al
has served as Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors for Saint Peter's
Orphanage and held executive positions in the N.H. Council of the Boy
Scouts of America and the Knights of Columbus.
Demos P. Punsalan
Demos obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and
completed a program in International Marketing at U.C. Berkeley. He spent
thirty years working at AT&T before transitioning to Intelisolar, a solar
provider company in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he became the head
of Business Development. Presently, Demos occupies a senior executive role
at Praising Hands, LLC, which is an accredited respite care provider under
the California Department of Developmental Services. Demos' experience
and dedication have been valuable in contributing to CTC's achievements,
and he takes pride in their success in bridging the digital divide.
Catherine Noelle-Cu Rivera
Catherine is a seasoned Legal Operations professional with expertise in project management, contracts lifecycle management, and enterprise-wide transformation. Her current role at Equinix focuses on driving governance and quality management for the Global Legal Operations team, aligning with the company's strategic goals. She is the founder of interASIANconnect, an Employee Resource Group that champions Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, shaping corporate culture and promoting social impact.
Catherine is dedicated to advancing youth and underserved communities. She serves as a youth sports coach, is on the steering committee for the Larry Itliong Day Philippines Campaign, and is a board member of Tune Up Sports.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Law & Society (with a minor in Asian American Studies)
from UC Riverside, and an MBA from St. Mary's College.
